Leaders are invited to complete a 5-minute online 'Fitness for Performance' questionnaire that explores emotional, cognitive and physiological fitness, based on best practice. The findings from the resulting profile are used at the beginning of any coaching conversation and provide the leader with insights into ways to improve personal performance.
- Cognitive Fitness - the way we make decisions, problem-solve, think creatively and remember important facts under the pressure of work
- Emotional (and social) Fitness - the way we manage our own motivation and that of others, recognise emotions and feelings in other people and act appropriately as a result, the ability to make a realistic assessment of a situation, the way we handle ourselves in difficult and unfamiliar conditions
- Physiological Fitness - the choices we make about our nutrition and exercise, our ability to recognise when we need a break, our physical resilience to pressure at work, the amount of time it takes to recover from experiencing pressured situations
