We recognise that everyone has their own capacity for fitness – no matter what you are measuring.

So we are sensitive to the diversity of our audience and support their individual development, but we are also here to challenge our clients to ‘raise the bar’ on their own leadership performance.

We measure fitness and provide individual profiles for personal development in three areas:

cognitive, emotional and physiological fitness

The findings from the 'Fitness for Performance' questionnaire provide a stimulus for the start of a coaching conversation. It can reveal:

  • Imbalances between cognitive, physiological and emotional fitness levels
  • Opportunities to ‘raise the bar’ by increasing fitness levels and resilience to pressured environments
  • Strength areas
  • Areas for development
