Cognitive Drug Research Ltd
A recent white paper details the independent research carried out in the UK by Cognitive Drug Research Ltd, relating to the HeartMath™ technique for improving cortical function and concluded that there is a “statistically significant improvement in a composite measure reflecting the ability to hold and retrieve information in memory (Quality of Episodic Memory).” The scientific data clearly showed that following training there is a direct positive link between the level of cardiac coherence, improved as a result of practising the HeartMath™ technique, and cognitive performance.
