Leadership fitness for performance

Leaders, and potential leaders from talent pools, are provided with an understanding of their own current levels of cognitive, physiological and emotional fitness. All three areas are important in improving leadership performance.  We do however recognise that everyone has their own capacity for fitness, so we are sensitive to the diversity of our audience and therefore support individual development. However, we are also here to challenge our clients to ‘raise the bar’ on their own leadership performance. Our focus is on the growth of the individual as a leader, a lasting behavioural change that relates directly to their performance.

Diagnostic

Our diagnostic programmes include individual psychometric and physiological assessments. We review desired and current leadership competencies, analyse current leadership styles and the impact on their direct reports, and cumulatively as a leadership group on the organisation as a whole. In addition we can undertake employee climate, stress and well-being surveys and cross sectional 1-2-1 confidential interviews. These help to identify ‘hot spots’, and the ‘unwritten rules’ of working for the organisation. All this diagnostic information can assist a leader to make decisions that will positively affect performance.

Our solution programmes, driven by the diagnostic results, include executive coaching, mentoring, courses on NLP for business leaders, charismatic leadership, and proven individual and group experiential programmes to raise cognitive, emotional, and physiological fitness levels.
