Roddy Herbert CEO

Roddy Herbert photographRoddy’s overriding passion is to help organisations incorporate well-being and performance improvement into day-to-day practice at work. Having received an unwelcome ‘wake-up call’ from his company GP who reported high blood pressure due to stressful work practices some 10 years ago, Roddy is keen to show others how bespoke interventions using proven practices and techniques are directly related to improvements organisational performance and employee well-being.

As a successful executive coach, trainer and mentor in both the Public and Private sectors, Roddy’s specialist areas are in leadership development, wellbeing and corporate health. He is experienced in delivering stress management courses, stress audits, staff engagement initiatives and facilitating programs that maximise organisational performance during change. Previous executive roles held at board and senior management levels in the Corporate and SME sectors provide clients with valuable support from first hand experience which incorporate sound disciplines and business best practice. Roddy maintains a complementary well-being balance through his own personal development with an increasing range of qualifications, key learning’s and expertise from a fusion of key Western and Eastern disciplines.

Mandy Thomson – Program Design Director

Mandy specialises in the diagnostic, design and delivery of leadership development solutions, facilitating events for and coaching senior management teams. Recent projects have included a cross-cultural change programme with the executive and senior management team at a leading entertainment company, strategy development and leadership development at a silver circle UK based law firm, a change programme with the Environment Management team at an energy company, and senior management profiling and improving inter-departmental collaboration and communication at a major UK-based charity.

Qualifications in Psychology, NLP, and Emotional Intelligence, Mandy’s early career as a change management consultant exposed her to rewarding yet high-pressure working environments. It has since become an interest area to research the characteristics of leaders who excel under pressure as part of the KoruInternational ethos to deliver a balance between well-being and performance improvement. The findings of our research, and the latest research by others, is shared with our clients and if appropriate incorporated into our solutions.

Louise Raggett – Co Founder (Australia)

As an experienced business psychologist and accredited executive coach, Louise has worked in all aspects of human performance from preventing human error to maximising human potential. A Masters graduate in Human Factors and Applied Psychology, Louise has enjoyed a notable career helping people to reach their full potential and achieve personal and professional success.

Louise has worked as a behavioural expert in a range of industries such as Aviation, Rail, Energy and Media and has advised on several European bodies. With over 10 years experience, Louise has coached in many successful partnerships with large organizations (Qantas, Arthur D Little, Network Rail, ITV) specialising in cultural change, stress management and developing high performance teams.

Barbara Allen

Barbara Allen photograph Barbara is a highly experienced qualified coach, mentor and training professional who has led teams and headed up training functions in banking, and retail industries. In a successful career she has also held senior positions within HR and operations. Barbara’s style is open, honest and direct she can be sensitive and patient when required and believes that humour as well as trust is an important part of the coaching relationship.

Maite Baron (UK and Spain)

Martin Boothe

Martin is a Transformational Speaker, Trainer and Coach. With qualifications in NLP, Sports Psychology, Counseling, Health and Fitness, Coaching and Dance he provides an in depth understanding of human physiology and the psychology necessary for well-being and performance improvement. An author of "The Power to Move for Success" he was previously Dance and Fitness Coach for Starlight Express in Germany. Working with emotion, co-ordination, rhythm, energy, agility and health, in addition to business clients, Martin has a personal celebrity list including Madonna, Emma Bunting and David Grant.

She believes passionately that the effect of environment is often overlooked and works with clients’ on proactive projects to actively promote employee health and well-being and prevent the onset of problems in the workplace.

Sheri Dixon

Sheri DoxnSheri, a successful nutritionist, specialises in the area of metabolic typing, a process that recognises a persons biochemical individuality based on genetic heritage. This acknowledges that dietary needs are unique to the individual as a ‘one diet suits all’ approach has significant shortcomings. As a European trainer for metabolic typing she has certified more than 300 health and sports practitioners in this field. As part of a Koru program individuals receive a diagnostic with nutritional advice and guidance to achieve short and long term health goals.

Jane Emmanuel

Jane Emmanuel photographAs an experienced coach and facilitator Jane draws on 20 years of business development, sales and commercial management to support client facing managers and board directors to develop their personal and leadership potential. Jane has worked on the design and delivery of strategic coaching and development programmes, including, executive board succession planning – coaching country CEO’s, developing the commercial focus and potential of operational directors, transforming account managers into account directors, introducing a consultative selling mindset, and step change from management to leadership.
