In 2003 we founded KoruInternational to provide high-end executive coaching. We were asked by our clients to become involved in change projects where performance was clearly suffering due to issues with staff engagement and motivation at work.
Of particular interest to us was to understand the influence a leader can have on the culture of the organisation, department or team, and energy of those around him or her - good and bad.
The development of our 'Fitness for Performance' program stemmed from this - our genuine passion for supporting others to achieve well-being for themselves and others, AND to increase performance at work. We believe that the two are linked.
We work with a mix of SMEs, not-for-profit and corporate clients to deliver a range of high quality and innovative training and development solutions.
